    The fact that the plates are not ceramic (to be fair, this was stated in the product description) means that it does not glide well over the hair and is not user-friendly.
    The buttons for the settings are placed internally in the weirdest spot, good luck opening, closing, and adjusting it!
    I regret buying it, I feel like I threw my money away...
