Each capsule contains at least 42 billion live bacteria at the time of manufacture. It is suitable for adults and vegetarians, is gluten-free, and should be refrigerated.

The recommended use is 1 capsule daily to maintain the intestinal flora or 3 capsules daily to restore it, with a full stomach. The capsules can be opened and their contents mixed with food or water that is not hot. Take them at least 4 hours apart from any antibiotic. The product has come into contact with milk and soy lecithin; do not use it if you are allergic to either.
