As others have said, without the liners it is loose.
With the liners, it is tight.
However, this can be fixed if you adjust the straps on the outside.
I tried it both with and without the liners.
I found the size and fit I wanted with the liners, then removed them, adjusted the outer straps, and it fits me perfectly.

Personally, it fit me just fine. Removing the pads it's a bit loose, putting the pads in it's a bit tight, but it will break in. As for the vents, it's perfect up to 35 degrees while moving.

first time I wore it and opened the velcro on the back it ripped... also I think it has a weird fit, it's tight on the arms and also on the back, the rest below is baggy, now you might say it has straps to tighten it but they are not enough, air gets in and it puffs up
