• Dosage: 65 grams of water, 90 grams of milk butter, 50 grams of toasted almonds and icing sugar for 500 grams of mix.
• Preparation instructions: Beat the butter in a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Add the water and mix for 1 minute. Add the mix and stir for 2 minutes. Add the almonds and mix for 1 minute. Shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Dust with icing sugar once cooled.
