    Extremely disappointing experience. The mattress topper was sold and labelled as 160 × 200 cm, including a marking on the outer packaging stating 160 × 200 cm. However, after opening the package, the actual topper measured approximately 145 × 200 cm.

    The only way to discover this mistake was to open the packaging and measure the product. A customer should be able to trust the product description and labeling instead of having to assume that the seller has sent a wrongly sized item.

    When I contacted customer service, instead of addressing the fact that the wrong product was supplied, they refused the complaint based on a five-day reporting policy. Their response focused on an internal deadline rather than the fact that the item delivered did not match what was ordered.

    Very disappointing quality control and an even more disappointing approach to resolving a clear product discrepancy.
