USAGE AND STORAGE: Taken as a dietary supplement for adults. Dosage: 1 effervescent tablet daily, dissolved in 200 ml of water, before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

PRECAUTIONS: With sweeteners. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not intended for the prevention, treatment, or cure of any human disease.
