Relic is a board game in which two to four players take on the role of a powerful hero from the Warhammer 40,000 universe and dare to protect the Antian Sector from certain destruction.

Characters complete missions and defeat enemies as they compete to gain rewards and experience, increasing their chances of being the first to defeat whatever evil lies beyond the Warp rift.

Based on the foundations of the Talisman system, Relic is an adventure game where seemingly simple choices hide a multitude of possibilities.

  • Each player, during their turn, rolls a six-sided die.
  • They move their pawn the number of spaces indicated by the die, either clockwise or counterclockwise around the area of the board they are in.
  • Then, they draw one or more cards to see what they have encountered, pitting their heroic persona against vile enemies and dangerous locations.
