First time trying this honey, which I bought out of curiosity due to its "spicy" description. I bought the autumn harvest.
For the first, tasting, contact I was prepared.
But I was not prepared for the addiction caused by this hidden sweetness and at the same time the slight bitterness.
Bitterness which, however, reminded me of burnt sugar.
After all, there are quite a few foods or drinks which, although bitter, are liked by those who consume them. See tonic, beer, grapefruit, spoon sweets from citrus fruits, etc.
I hid the jar because I had it on the counter and each time I emptied a tablespoon, the jar quickly went below half.
The honey had already "crystallized" (as expected, of course) but its texture was very pleasant, creamy without the feeling that you are chewing pieces of sugar as happens in crystallized blossom honeys.

Be aware that this type of honey is not like the others... It's bitter... However, it has a very nice texture...
