The L Mesitran Foam is a sterile non-adherent dressing made of hydrophilic polyurethane foam approximately mm thick, impregnated with the patented L Mesitran Soft gel. It forms an absorption layer that protects the wound from mechanical stress while allowing drainage to pass through and has high absorption and retention characteristics.

• Propylene glycol PEG
• Vitamin C
• Vitamin E

The L Mesitran foam creates a regenerative environment and can be used in the treatment of a wide range of exudating wounds. It stimulates wound healing by facilitating the autolysis of necrotic and other dead tissue and supporting the preparation of the wound bed.
