It is Insta360’s Standard Mount, simple, lightweight, and practical, for the Insta360 Ace and Ace Pro, designed mainly for everyday use and not for extreme situations. Its dimensions are small, with a low profile that doesn’t get in the way of the setup, while its weight is minimal; it practically adds no mass to the camera, which helps when you use it handheld or on small rigs. The build quality is decent but not impressive; durable plastic, without a premium feel, but sturdy enough for simple shots. The latch is stable, there is no play, and it doesn’t make any strange noises, so for walking, vlogging, and generally light use it is perfectly fine. I have tried it with Tilta photo rigs, Insta360 (the one with the built-in battery), and SmallRig. It is not a problem with any of them. Sometimes I will put it on the X5 BUT you need to be careful because it has play, even though it is magnetic.
On the positive side, the mount attaches quickly, takes up no space, does not weigh down the setup, and works perfectly with the Ace/Ace Pro system. It is a solution that simply works without giving you trouble. On the negative side, however, it is clearly “standard” and not something more serious: it does not have a premium locking mechanism, it does not offer many angles or flexibility, and it is not ideal for dynamic POV, helmets, motorcycles, or intense movement.

Στο κούμπωμα είναι σταθερό, δεν κάνει τζόγο και δεν έχει περίεργους θορύβους, οπότε για περπάτημα, vlog και γενικά light χρήση είναι μια χαρά. Το έχω δοκιμάσει με τα photo rigs της tilta, insta360 (αυτο που έχει ενσωματωμένη μπαταρία) και smallrig. Δεν είναι πρόβλημα με κανένα. Κάποιες φορές θα το βάλω στην X5 ΑΛΛΑ θέλει προσοχή γιατί έχει τζόγο, αν και μαγνητικό.
Στα θετικά του, το mount κουμπώνει γρήγορα, δεν πιάνει χώρο, δεν βαραίνει το setup και συνεργάζεται άψογα με το σύστημα της Ace/Ace Pro. Είναι μια λύση που απλά δουλεύει χωρίς να σε παιδεύει. Στα αρνητικά, όμως, φαίνεται ξεκάθαρα ότι είναι “standard” και όχι κάτι πιο σοβαρό: δεν έχει premium μηχανισμό κλειδώματος, δεν προσφέρει πολλές γωνίες ή ευελιξία, και δεν είναι ιδανικό για δυναμικά POV, κράνη, μηχανές ή έντονη κίνηση.
