You feel a slight tingling (not at all bothersome) after applying it, but the sensation is minimal. However, I would like it to provide more volume to the lips, because that's the reason I bought it. Essentially, though, apart from a refreshing feel and hydration, it does not do any plumping, which is what it promises. I don't think I will buy it again.
