I don't know, maybe I got a defective product, because in the second week of use it suddenly got stuck and kept restarting continuously (40-50 times). It would turn on and every 20-30 seconds it would restart again, until I called the seller to tell me that I had to do a wipe data to restore the phone to factory settings and inevitably lose all the files I had transferred to the new phone without having them saved in the cloud (unfortunately for me).
The wipe was done, the phone returned to normal, but the next day the same problem occurred again, with the restarts, but fortunately it resolved on its own.
Now I am waiting to see what will happen next...
If I could, I wouldn't even give it half a star! Unacceptable!! A phone worth 300 euros with 8/256 memory and it moves like a phone from 10 years ago, or even worse! I regret upgrading it, after the latest upgrade it became even worse... They send you a message on Viber and no notification comes... to open a webpage on the internet, you need to apply at the Chinese consulate... and as for their 200 MP camera... let's not even comment on it... it's not even 20, let alone 200... in short... get something else... anything but this Xiaomi.
Purchased in 02/2024, former user of Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, I consider this particular series ideal for the average user who wants a simple mobile phone to do a little bit of everything and have a decent battery. The reason I decided to write this review is that 2 days ago it fell into water, with the side that has the speaker and the charging port ending up in the water, I took it out, dried it, disinfected it, and it works normally!!!! I have never had such an accident with any other device, but I am impressed that nothing happened to it, I think it is useful to mention it for the clumsy people out there
Absolutely satisfied with the use I make of it (limited use and mainly as a communication tool (phone)). Fast processor, fast charging. The only negative is that it does not have a radio
Replaced my Redmi Note 8 Pro that I had for 4 years. The camera is noticeably superior at 13. Additionally, the call sound is clearer and the speaker is louder. In everyday use, the extra RAM from 8 helps it be a bit more responsive. I haven't tested it in games because I don't play on my phone. Overall, it is a reliable value-for-money mobile phone.
It's worth every penny and more. For more details, I will come back with a new review.
I bought it for 400€. I was excited before I got it. After 6 months I am writing the review.
The battery does not last if you have 5g on and if you also turn on GPS it will not last more than 10 minutes (it will give a notification that it overheated and will shut down). In general, in the game (call of duty) it does not have crazy performance, I expected a lot more. Personally, what I wanted it to cover, it did not. Otherwise, good speaker, good screen, etc. Only for casual use, such as videos, calls, photos, it does not go much further...
Two stars minus for the battery that barely lasts a day.
The Poco X4 Pro 5G with a smaller 5000mAh battery held up so much better after 2 years of use.
The photo is not as good as I expected (200 mp) it started to lag a little on the second day! That's all for now.

Fantastic mobile phone, amazing camera, very fast in use. The battery lasts a lot and charging is very fast. The upgrade released to hyperOS made it even more flawless.
Quite good camera with good optical zoom, powerful and clear speakers, battery life: comfortably lasts a day, Screen: High resolution and nice colors, includes a 65w charger.
The camera is fantastic in photos and videos. The sound is okay, could have a slightly louder speaker but it doesn't bother me much.
Unfortunately, I am very concerned about its battery. With moderate use, it needs recharging again by the afternoon.
The processor lags and apps don't perform well in quick switches.
Also, the fast charging at 67W is somehow slower than my old phone which was at 66W.
Overall, it's a decent value for money, if it didn't have the above issues it would be total value for money.
Good evening! Owner of the mobile phone for 10 days, purchased from a well-known chain. I chose it for many reasons. Positively, charger, case, price. I decided to take a break from Huawei until I go to the Pura 70 Pro series! Yes, I am a Huawei boy. The phone has left only positive impressions for my category. Very good battery, camera, always very good for the category. Compared to its main competitor, looking towards Korea, the phone gives you a lot that others don't. You open the box, you have everything you need inside, you set it up and that's it. I am currently using it as my main device, no complaints. I will keep it for backup. A reliable backup. Bravo to Xiaomi from me. I have the 8/256 version.

Bought 2 months ago. For its price, I believe it is the best Android phone at the moment, with a very powerful camera with a 200mp shooting option, the fastest charging I have seen on a mobile phone (full charge in 30 minutes) with a reasonable battery life, AI Assistant, and many other features. I think it has nothing to envy to the iPhones that cost a monthly salary. It requires a little attention with the protruding cameras as the 5G model requires a different case, and I would recommend one that protects them well because when it is placed on a table, the lenses touch first and they may get damaged over time. I think it is the best value for money, completely satisfied.

The camera in night shots is bad and the battery runs out relatively quickly. However, for the money, it's very good.
Battery disappointment. It falls incredibly fast no matter what you do. And I don't have Bluetooth or other apps open. It doesn't last a day. Even with the HyperOs version, I didn't see any improvements. Really, if you want battery life, look for something else. Also, I was disappointed with the sounds and volume. It doesn't have classic message tones and notifications are not very loud even at full volume. Camera is relatively good. Also, I closed it one night and the next day when I opened it, it was incredibly slow, then it returned to normal, I hope it was something minor and temporary. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is the best mobile phone I've had and currently have. It is very fast. Its price is too good, but it is true. The battery, with the usage I give it, lasts sometimes a little longer than a day (I use it heavily). But the strongest aspect of this mobile phone is its camera, it is simply perfect
So. I have had this phone for about 1 week. I don't want to say much, so I will mention the most important things. First of all, for the money you pay, you get a wonderful device with a beautiful and bright screen that you won't have any problems with when you are outside under the sun. Also, the cameras on this phone are fantastic when you are in a good and bright environment, for night photos I can say they are average to good. The video has pleased me enough with good stabilization and good resolution. Then, in terms of the phone's speed, I can say that for the money you pay, you get a fairly fast device but not like a s24 ultra or an iPhone 15. It plays all games just fine and for users who want it simply for social media, it is perfect. Finally, the only thing that didn't impress me much is the battery. This phone has 5100mAh and its battery drains faster than phones that have 4500mAh. This week, I had to charge my phone 2-3 times a day, but the fast charging that is also included in the box saves it all!
I come back 4 days later to edit and say....how disappointed I am with the battery....

I have had the phone for 10 days. It literally flies. Fast. A phone that keeps up with me, and I don't expect it. I am satisfied with the photos and videos, as I like photography. Its battery, something that interested me a lot, lasts quite a bit. Based on how much I use it, and I use it a lot, believe me. Both for social and for videos. Due to my work. It charges quickly. It comes with a regular charger in the package. One negative for me at least, it does not take a memory card. It may have a slot for 2 sims, but only for sims. Because I had a bad experience with another device where I lost work files that I had on the device and not on the sd to save them. I found out after I bought it, unfortunately. But ok, there are clouds. I transfer them to my old phone's sd card. It's definitely worth the money.
The mobile phone is one of the best I've ever had, it's worth even more than its price, the resolution is very good, and the zoom is very satisfactory even at ×10. It has a flash on the front camera for selfies. The only negative is that it doesn't have the LED notification light like previous models (but it's insignificant). Compared to other phones in the €300 category, it is better than Samsung phones in the same category.

The phone has many positives mentioned in previous comments, however I had to give it away in less than a month because I use it for many hours outdoors and the screen is hardly visible when exposed directly to the sun, despite having a setting for sunlight (I tried it and it did nothing), even though I also put the brightness at maximum.
