This case is lighter and the silicone on the back is more flexible, but it has something like a rubber (harder silicone, something like that) around it that seems to protect it very well. Also, the overhang of the rubber on the edges of the phone is sufficient (with a screen protector on top) so that you can place it on a table with the screen facing down and the glass does not touch.
Good grip, a light texture on the back, the phone does not slip inside the case, overall very good. I just hope it withstands the test of time.
