Usage Instructions:
Before first use, wash the cookware with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge. Then rinse thoroughly with water and wipe with a soft cloth or paper towel. Repeat the same process for cleaning the cookware.
It is recommended to avoid using a dishwasher. The hardness of the water and the action of the alkaline substances in cleaning agents may reduce the non-stick properties of the cookware.
Do not overheat the cookware when empty.
For longer lifespan of the cookware, we recommend cooking at medium temperature.
The cookware is not suitable for use in an oven or microwave.
Never cut inside the cookware with sharp tools.
The non-stick coating complies with regulations for materials intended to come into contact with food.

After less than a year of use and with great care, it is no longer non-stick. The omelette sticks to the bottom, especially in the center, and it's a nightmare to clean. Also, a few months ago the handle came off and to screw it back on I had to find a very long and thin screwdriver to fit inside the handle and reach the screw. Disappointment.
