The Peavey PV 14 BT features 8 discrete, high-fidelity microphone preamps, delivering harmonic distortion below 0.0007% for transparent, clean signal amplification. Channels 1 through 4 feature independent analog compressors for controlling the dynamic range of vocals and instruments. Channel 8 has a dedicated Hi-Z switch that adjusts the impedance, allowing you to connect an electric guitar or bass directly without an external DI box.

Mid-Morph EQ Circuit & Digital DSP Effects Processor

The console is equipped with Peavey’s exclusive Mid-Morph EQ technology in its 3-band equalization section. This feature lets you boost the mid frequencies (around 4 kHz) for greater vocal clarity when the control is turned clockwise, or cut the low-mid frequencies (around 250 Hz) to eliminate muddiness when it is turned counterclockwise. Meanwhile, the built-in DSP digital effects processor offers a range of Reverb, Delay, and sound enhancement algorithms.

USB Audio Interface, Bluetooth & Direct Recording

In terms of digital connectivity, the PV 14 BT features a bidirectional USB audio interface (USB Type-B) for direct connection to a PC or Mac, allowing you to record and play back digital stereo audio through your favorite DAW. It also has a built-in Bluetooth receiver for convenient wireless streaming of background music or playback from smartphones, tablets, and portable devices.

Ergonomic Design & Signal Routing

The console chassis features a specially designed slot/stand on the front panel for holding a tablet or smartphone during use. It has dedicated Mute and Solo (PFL/AFL) buttons on every channel, precision-response level controls, and dedicated Control Room and AUX Send outputs for connecting external stage monitors or processors.
