Instructions for Use:

• Before first use, wash the pan with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge. Then rinse with plenty of water and wipe with a soft cloth or paper towel. Repeat the same process for cleaning the pan.
• Avoid using a dishwasher. The hardness of the water and the action of alkaline detergent substances may reduce the non-stick properties of the pan.
• Do not overheat the pan when it is empty.
• For longer lifespan of the pan, we recommend cooking at medium temperature.
• The pan is not suitable for use in ovens and microwaves.
• Never cut inside the pan with sharp tools.
• The non-stick coating complies with the regulation for materials in contact with food.
