Simple and easy to use, the Sous Vide foam tape is designed for use with Eti's Thermapen Sous Vide thermometer.
The Sous Vide foam tape prevents air from "invading" the bag when checking the temperature of the sealed food with the Thermapen Sous Vide thermometer. Once you remove the needle, the tape automatically reseals the bag airtight, which means that if the temperature hasn't reached the desired level, you can return the food with the sealed bag back into the Sous Vide device and check the temperature again later.
