Lyophilization (or freeze-drying) is a method of drying under low pressure and temperature conditions. Dosage: Use 1 sachet (30g) to prepare one serving of yogurt with the same nutritional value as a 120ml yogurt.

Instructions for Use:

• Preparation instructions: Gradually add 120ml of water to a cup for each sachet of yogurt powder (30g) and stir vigorously and continuously with a spoon for about 2 minutes, until you achieve the desired yogurt texture.
• Consume directly or store in the refrigerator for consumption within 2 days.
• Other uses: Utilize yogurt powder in the preparation of desserts, cakes, and smoothies.
