    I have it now for 4 years using it winter, summer, day after day. I knew the company with a much more expensive model that had caused us issues, but I thought maybe this one will be different and I decided to give it a chance. I had bought it for about 140€, which I believe is a normal price for a vacuum cleaner. After a while, the small base that holds the hose on the motor broke (it didn't affect me much as it was a minor detail). Then, the wheels on the foot started coming off, resulting in them breaking and forcing me to buy a whole new foot, as that's how the company operates. And in the end, it happened again! The bags are very expensive! But the worst part is that its plastics and casing are very fragile, and if you need to replace something, you have to buy a lot more parts as there aren't many spare parts available (also very expensive!). The motors are good, but that's about it. In conclusion, we will simply not buy from this company again!
