After almost 2 years with the Poco M6 Pro (8/156), I can say that I clearly regret this choice. I come from three years with the 'beast' X3 NFC, which honestly feels like not a single day has passed. Even now, it outperforms and could easily last another 2 years (as long as I’ve had the M6). The M6 Pro was even bought at a higher price, yet it remains a disappointment. As for features/device, it is very promising and indeed, in general, its camera was just enough to take good photos. Nothing professional, but not disappointing either. Especially the night shots are more than decent. Regarding performance, I can say it’s relatively OK. But that’s about it. Quite often I notice the device seems to "crash," like it freezes for a few seconds, just enough for you to exit the app (or for the phone to kick you out), close it, and re-enter to get your work done. And it’s not like I have it overloaded or use it excessively. As for the battery, I can say that after a full day’s use, about 25% remains (with power saving enabled from 40-45%) and it charges in about 30-40 minutes to 100%. Not always though, because several times it has taken desperately long to charge, to the point where I unplug it, plug it back in, and it still says the same thing. About the screen, I can say that for my first AMOLED, I expected something much better. It’s hard to see under the sun even with brightness at maximum, and several times, without me touching anything, the brightness increases without any indication in the settings, the screen just gets very bright and then suddenly returns to normal after a while. Another issue I noticed is that many (too many) times I turn on mobile data but have no internet, and even though the button turns blue, the signal bar doesn’t show 4G. This problem is only solved by restarting. Lately, I also notice that the phone doesn’t "recognize" touch. While I’m in an app, suddenly whatever I do, the phone doesn’t respond. I assume all these are software issues. Overall, we have a phone that, if the company hadn’t neglected the lower category, would definitely be higher on the list, but since we’re talking about Xiaomi, we end up with a very expensive (for the bugs it offers) phone. I’m sorry, but even though I’m a big fan, I won’t be choosing this company again.
