Coming from Xiaomi Redmi 5
3/32GB with Snapdragon and since the phone's warranty expired, I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 4G 8/256GB.
The phone I purchased came with a silicone back cover, a free screen protector, charger, and USB cable.
In the last two photos, on one side, the SIM card goes in, and on the other side, the memory card.
I also uploaded another photo that shows how to transfer via Google what you had from the old phone to the new one, which is very easy.
The phone supports a memory card up to 1TB; I have a 256GB one.
I also left the 4GB RAM memory expansion, and for a week now that I've had it, it hasn't lagged even for a day.
You enter apps and the internet very quickly.
I give it 4 stars because while the ringtone and all sounds are amazing, when I talk on the phone, I hear the other person deeply.
I don't know if it needs some adjustment...
So far, I am satisfied!!!
Get it with your eyes closed!!!
Good morning!!
I'm back.
On December 19, the phone received an upgrade to HyperOS 2.0 with Android 15, and the speaker sounds loud.
That is, when I talk on the phone, I hear the other person clearly!!
P.S. I learned that this model will eventually go to HyperOS 3.0 and Android 16.
I say it again, get it with your eyes closed.
In a Chinese app where you can buy everything, even smartphones, this model is sold out.
I don't know if I got a defective one. But it keeps freezing constantly. You make a call and nothing is heard, and you have to restart it. Many times when you try to play YouTube, the music doesn't play again, restart.
After much thought, I had decided to go with this model 2 years ago. Unfortunately, just 2 months after the purchase I had to replace the device because of a defective microphone. And at the time I am writing this post, the audio jack port has also stopped working.
The second major problem is the battery. Even with a full charge, battery saver enabled, and without much use, the level drops dramatically.
As for the software, I know it has issues, which is why I stopped the updates. Nevertheless, it continues to freeze in apps, etc.
The camera did not impress me particularly; in close-up shots the photos do not come out with the quality one would expect.
I had different expectations from Xiaomi, but based on this experience I will not buy a product from the company again.
I have had this product since December 2024 and I can say that it is a very good product overall—the camera, the screen quality, the photos, the sound, and in general. However, in darkness, even with a flashlight, the camera is blurry. I do not recommend it for night outings, for example, whereas for morning hours or sunny places, the camera is so good that it feels like you took the photo with a professional camera.
Honest for its price when I got it at €160 8/256, now it's not worth it. I stayed on Miui because many mention that hyperos cripples it. Rooted of course for a better experience. Satisfied in general.
A lot of money for this particular product..
Positives
It is a fast phone, at least with the 8GB RAM version that I bought, it works just fine for watching movies, browsing, and YouTube.
It has nice colors, it's an elegant and beautiful phone with satisfactory sound.
It charges very quickly, in about 30 minutes it goes full.
Negatives
The camera has nothing to do with what is advertised, it's a complete scam, it gets snowy and generally it's like having a fake camera, very unfortunate..
I do not recommend it for games at all, you will have a serious problem guys, it's only good for very simple games like billiards or chess.
That's about it, when it comes to 3D environments it generally lags and can't handle it...
I should also add that the battery is nothing special..
It loses all photos and videos every day and in order to recover them it overheats and freezes, resulting in it being useless as a phone
I had the Redmi Note 9 Pro and replaced it with this one. The camera doesn't even come close to the quality of the 9 Pro, very disappointing, night shots aren't even possible... I expected the battery to last a bit longer as new. Big disappointment. I use it simply, for internet and calls, not any big demand.
Trash like all Xiaomi, from the very first day it randomly loses signal completely on a daily basis.
It's worth the money for someone who wants to use it for the basics and not as an extension of their hand. I bought it for my mother and she is very satisfied!

After the 10c, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 4G (8GB/256GB) is the second phone from Xiaomi that I am buying and I find it very good for its price. I got it from justech (https://justech.gr/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=1300&search=Xiaomi+Redmi+Note+13+4G+Dual+SIM+%288GB%2F256GB%29&description=true) (thanks to the guys for the very good service). I have had it for a few days and I am running it with Xiaomi Hyper OS and right now I am upgrading it to Xiaomi Hyper OS 2. Everything looks good and I hope it will continue like this.
It was purchased two months ago due to the breakage of the previous phone, a third-rate Umidigi. My requirements are those of an average mobile phone user (that is, googling, a few memorable photos, videos, gmail), and it has not disappointed me so far. It has not "frozen" or delayed in executing an application, the battery capacity is sufficient for about 24 hours of relatively intense use, and the charging speed is satisfactory, about fifty minutes from 10%.
A VFM phone that does its job. I bought it for my wife and she is very satisfied. She uses it for internet and light gaming. It hasn't frozen anywhere and the battery easily lasts 2 days with Wi-Fi or data on, Bluetooth constantly.
For its price, it is a very good choice. For casual use of social media and video platforms, it is good!
Every Xiaomi series gets better and better.
I should add my old 8T as well as the 9T.
They have no relation. There is no lag at all.
The only lag is the network.
In my opinion, at least once a week a restart.
As a phone, it is okay, a very good solution for its price, but the battery with normal use is not satisfactory, because I have had it for a month and I need to charge it every 24 hours. Other than that, everything is fine
I got it as a gift, so far it is worth the money for the features it has and at this price! The case included in the box, you should know that if you put a screen protector, it lifts it, resulting in air getting underneath; it would be good to get another one that doesn't hug as much as this one. As soon as I have another update, I will inform you again!
It received the upgrades quickly to hyper os 2 improving its performance. At €150 I think it's the best choice.
Purchased as a gift for my personal wife, we opened it today so I will follow up.
It could be a bit cheaper though with these features in the year 2024-25.
I think it's a good choice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For playing PUBG and Free Fire, it's perfect for the little one, it doesn't lag or freeze, it generally runs like a charm.
Very good for the money, it does everything from daily tasks and the battery comfortably lasts the whole day. So far, everything is good.
For the money, it's a good phone. The speed is okay, the screen is clear, and the signal is good. The 108mp camera is very good if you're in daylight conditions. In low light, it's average. Overall, it's a good phone for everyday - moderate use (e-mails, photos, social, browsing). Now for gaming or something more demanding in photography, you probably need to spend more money.
I have it for about 1 month. I got it for 160. The best value for money. It doesn't have a good camera and the battery lasts one day, something I wasn't used to because coming from a mid-range Xiaomi, it lasted at least 2 days, but for its price, it is a fast, lightweight, and beautiful phone.
Οτι πιο value for money.
I had a Redmi Note 8 and previously the 4... how is it possible that this phone, which is new, is worse than those? The photos are not good, it feels like I'm taking pictures with a phone that just discovered the camera for the first time!!! I also don't like some things in the calendar as well as some app locks (but that's just my opinion). The last thing that happened was that suddenly I had no signal at my house and it was shutting down by itself while I was talking!! I also realized that emails and messages take a long time to arrive, which on my second device have already arrived earlier!!! Anyway, I would like to change it soon even though I got it in August and I usually change my other phones after 3 years! At least it has nice sound and nice colors!!
I bought it for my mother and she is very satisfied. I don't know the technical details, but it seems to have very good construction, not too big in the hand, easily switches from app to app, and has nice colors and resolution
Mediocre photo quality. Reliable after a month of operation. It has some very minor issues that I hope the new update will fix.
Very fast, amazing screen, at first the battery didn't last 1 day for a new phone, after about a month and a few charges things got a little better. Photo okay, sound okay
Excellent for the money and suitable for middle-aged users who do not require any incredible speed. It doesn't mean that it is slow, of course
The battery doesn't last long since I got it and the video is blurry.. I read somewhere that it fixes this somehow.
A mediocre device, I would say.
For 200€ that I bought it.
If I could give it a minus, I would.
I bought it for my mother, who had the Redmi Note 9. A step up from the old one.
What expectations can a person who had a Redmi Note 9 at the age of 55 and only uses social media have...? Guys, the phone is like broken in the photos. It takes inexplicably bad pictures, much worse than the 9.
Blurry, with a lot of noise and pixels that are visible before the click. Terrible. At the point where you consider it defective. I checked to see if they sold me a replica, but I compared the serial numbers on Xiaomi's site and it's not.
It could indeed be a defective product. Or the camera is terrible. There is no explanation.
The rest was fine. However, the phone is going in the drawer as the camera is useless.
