The Lindy 38217 HDMI extender transmits an HDMI signal over Cat.6 network cable for distances of up to 150 m. It supports resolutions up to 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz and HDR. The HDMI loop-out allows a local display to be connected while the signal is also extended to the receiver.

PoC transmits power and data over the Cat.6 cable in a point-to-point connection, so only the transmitter unit requires a power supply. The bidirectional infrared ports allow the source to be controlled from the display end and the display to be controlled from the HDMI source end. CEC control and RS-232 command pass-through via terminal blocks are also supported.
