Tight Regular Loose
Very good shoes, generally comfortable for running, they also give you a boost when you run. Just get them half or one size up because they are a bit tight at the toes, just a little, it wasn't a big issue for me but I have to mention it. Also, the new Downshifter 14 version came out at the same price, so I would have gone for that, I just didn't know and saw it after the purchase. I still recommend these, they are amazing... Of course, they get dirty really fast, after all they are white...
Πολύ καλά παπούτσια άνετα γενικά στο τρέξιμο σου δίνουν και ώθηση όταν τρέχεις απλά πάρτε τα μισό με ένα νούμερο πάνω γιατί είναι στενά μπροστά στα δάχτυλα λίγο ελάχιστα δεν μου έκαναν τόσο θέμα απλά οφείλω να το πω.. Επίσης βγήκε το νέο version downshifter 14 με ίδια τιμή οπότε θα πήγαινα προς τα εκεί απλά δεν το ήξερα και το είδα μετά την αγορά.. Τα προτείνω πάντως και αυτά είναι τρομερά… Εννοείται λερώνονται φουλ γρήγορα άλλωστε είναι λευκά ..
For their price (even for the official store price and not the cheaper one on Skroutz) they are truly the best I have tried in the 1+ year I've been wearing them. Without being able to get into the "technical" details that runners or those who generally run use, I will simply say that they were comfortable every time I put them on my feet—on a daily and almost all-day basis. So soft and at the same time as firm as they need to be to support me without any signs of "compression" as the months went by. With such a slope across the entire sole that I never felt fatigue or that any part was strained more than the rest. With durability in its materials (mainly in the glue and mesh that usually give out early) that leaves me no room for second thoughts. I just ordered them again (I can't express how happy I am that I found them available) and now I don't have to worry for another year in the "everyday shoe for all tasks" department.
I had given up on Nike for years but the risk I took last year by buying them turned out 100% positive. Amazing piece!
Για την τιμή τους (ακόμα και για την επίσημη των καταστημάτων κι όχι της οικονομικότερης του skroutz) πραγματικά είναι ότι καλύτερο έχω δοκιμάσει εδώ και 1+ χρόνο που τα φοράω. Χωρίς να μπορώ να μπω στα "τεχνικά" που χρησιμοποιούν οι δρομείς ή όσοι γενικότερα τρέχουν εγώ θα πω απλά ότι με βόλεψαν κάθε φορά που τα έβαλα στα πόδια - σε καθημερινή και ολοήμερη σχεδόν βάση. Τόσο μαλακά και παράλληλα τόσο σκληρά όσο πρέπει ώστε να με στηρίζουν χωρίς σημάδια "συμπίεσης" καθώς περνούσαν οι μήνες πάνω τους. Με τέτοια κλίση σε όλο το πέλμα του ποδιού που δεν αισθάνθηκα ποτέ κούραση ή ότι καταπονείται κάποιο σημείο παραπάνω από τα υπόλοιπα. Με αντοχή στα υλικά του (κυρίως στις κόλλες και το δίχτυ που συνήθως παραδίδουν νωρίς) που δεν μου αφήνουν περιθώριο για δεύτερες σκέψεις. Μόλις τα παράγγειλα ξανά (πόσο χαίρομαι που τα βρήκα διαθέσιμα δεν λέγεται) και ξεγνοιάζω για έναν ακόμα χρόνο στον τομέα "καθημερινό παπούτσι για όλες τις δουλειές".
Είχα παρατήσει τη Nike για χρόνια αλλά το ρίσκο που πήρα πέρυσι με το να τα αγοράσω μου βγήκε 100% σε καλό. Απίθανο κομμάτι.!

They are good, fortunately I got them one size bigger......I am satisfied, light and good shock absorption, used only for walking for about an hour a day
