This model, guys, is not a joke. It is heavy and not suitable for very young children, but a child around 10 years old and above, with supervision and some basic training from dad, will quickly learn to drive it. This particular model, like all models in this price and construction category, is not for children. It is heavy and fast for the 7.2 volt lipo battery it takes. I haven't tried the 3s lipo 11.1 volts because I'm not at home right now, but when I go, I will try it and write impressions. It is a heavy model with a metal chassis. It has plastic parts of a quality that I see for the first time at this price and scale, and it seems to be of good quality. Additionally, its plastic parts are also found in more expensive models. Overall, I am impressed by the construction materials. Its appearance and weight inspire quality as soon as you see it. It has style even without the cover. As for the small turning angle that initially disappointed me, when I drove it giving almost full throttle, it turned just fine. In the end, I highly recommend it. (I didn't expect it) This model here is actually of the original Chinese brand MJX, with the model name HYPER GO 14209, scale 1/16, which is available in China and Greece, and in Europe it is available with the name you see in Greek stores. It seems that the German brand AMEWI also got it and renamed it to AMEWI HYPER GO DESERT BUGGY, and imports it for Europe from what I understand. If you haven't seen a live hobby remote-controlled vehicle, and not a toy, this one will impress you 101%. One test will convince most, if not all. Personally, anyone who has seen me drive hobby remote-controlled vehicles enjoys it a lot, and I have let them drive it in front of me, and they liked it, and I was happy that I infected people with the hobby virus of remote-controlled cars. I should mention that these expensive models like this one here are driven like an electric car. The throttle, braking, and reverse of hobby models are proportional, which means that the more throttle you give, the faster it goes, just like a regular car. In the video, I am using a 3s lipo 11.1 volt battery, the lights are as you see them, and they illuminate a large room. Also, in the video, you will see how it jumps off the table from the power it has. I didn't have time to understand how it happened, but it jumped over a meter away.
