Μετά από 10+ χρόνια που κάθε τροφοδοτικό που επέλεγα ήταν πραγματικά αθόρυβο, αυτό ακούγεται μέτρια και η αλήθεια είναι οτι με ενοχλεί. Τώρα από σταθερότητα, αξιοπιστία κλπ δε μπορώ να πω κάτι. Μόλις το εγκατέστησα. Αν προκύψει κάτι θα επανέλθω.

Το στέλνω μεσω skroutz και μετά από λίγες μέρες επιστρέφει το τροφοδοτικό ως είχε χωρίς καμιά αιτιολογία. Η ταινία ασφαλείας απείραχτη και το κουτί σφραγισμένο. Επικοινωνώ με το κατάστημα. Απαντάει ένας υπάλληλος και στο ερώτημα πως έλεγξαν το τροφοδοτικό αφού το άνοιξαν επέμενε ότι έλεγξαν και έχουν στείλει τεχνική έκθεση στη skroutz και δεν μπορεί να μου τη στείλει καθώς δεν τους πλήρωσα εγώ αλλά η skroutz άσχετα που το αποδεικτικό πληρωμής τους είναι κομμένο στο όνομά μου. Μου έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο επειδή τον καθυστερούσα και υπήρχαν άλλοι πελάτες του στη γραμμή. Με τη skroutz δεν κατάφερα να επικοινωνήσω ούτε τηλεφωνικά αλλά και στα ηλεκτρονικά μου αιτήματα δεν έλαβα απάντηση. Έτσι αποφάσισα πάρω την κατάσταση στα χέρια μου με δικό μου κόστος. Άνοιξα το τροφοδοτικό και φυσικά όλα τα ασφαλιστικά υπέρτασης ήταν άθικτα. Η βλάβη ήταν λόγω αστοχίας υλικού. Δυστυχώς και κατασκευάστρια μου απάντησε ότι την ευθύνη της εγγύησης και της επισκευής την έχει ο πωλητής και παρόλο που τους εξήγησα τι συνέβει.
