The Lindy HDMI 10.2G EDID Emulator is designed for systems that require continuous provision of EDID signals without interruptions, helping to troubleshoot EDID-related issues that may occur when using AV/KVM extenders, switches, and splitters.
It can be used as a display replacement to keep the graphics card of a computer or server active for remote IP access. It supports resolutions up to 2160p, including the ability to transmit HDCP content, and is suitable for a variety of computer and AV applications.
When used with the Lindy HDMI / VGA / DVI EDID Recorder (Lindy No. 32120), it can provide cloned EDID information to your graphics card. It is also possible to use the Emulator without cloning a display, as it features pre-set EDID data for the most common resolution/timing combinations.
