The EJEAS MS20 single intercom connects up to 20 riders via Mesh technology, with a range of up to 3,000 m for 4 people and up to 2,000 m for groups of 5–20 people. If the connection is interrupted, the device reconnects automatically. Bluetooth 5.1 enables connection to devices, while CVC noise cancellation improves communication clarity.

It supports simultaneous intercom use and music listening in Mesh mode, as well as shared music listening via Bluetooth. It automatically answers incoming calls 8 seconds after the ringtone starts and supports voice assistant activation. IP67 protection safeguards against dust and water, and the device can remain submerged at a depth of 1 m for 30 minutes.
