To start, I want to say that the noise in the video is from the extractor fan and not the device itself, which is silent (the fan it has is barely audible). The paper in the packaging states that it is suitable for flat cookware with a diameter of 18-26cm. The circle is embossed (on the outer point) and is 22cm, which is also the size of my cookware, and it fits perfectly. So I don't know if the 26cm limit is valid. Now, regarding its operation: I have had it for just a few days, but I am very satisfied. It boils water very quickly; I made greens in less than 20 minutes (including the boiling of the water) using a curved pot (I want to get another one anyway, so I will get a flat one), and despite that, there was no problem, although I think I would have had some loss since the cookware did not fit exactly. I did not have the temperature on maximum because I still do not know how it corresponds to the stove I had before, which was 1-6. This one has temperatures from 200-3500, increasing by 200 and 400. I had selected 2800 and then lowered it. The next meal with a flat pot this time, chicken with potatoes; the chicken took 10 minutes and another 7 minutes for the potatoes to be as I wanted. Unfortunately, the paper does not mention anything related to cooking, e.g., what the options do (besides boiling soup) Fried, BBQ, Hot pot. However, for the chicken, I chose BBQ, and it cooked it just fine. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any instructions anywhere, and even the store staff couldn't provide me with more information. The stove is very lightweight, and the little handles help in case you want to move it while it is still hot. When you finish cooking, do not unplug the device because the fan still operates for a few minutes to cool down. You will see the HOT indicator lit, and when it turns into dashes ------, then you can unplug it. The timer is very useful since it relieves me from "burning" the food; it increases in 10-minute increments, but if you turn the switch back, it can be adjusted in 1-minute increments, e.g., you press the time option, turn the switch twice, go to 20 minutes, and then turn it back, then the timer starts counting down by the minute, which is very useful because you can select exactly the time you want. As for power consumption and durability, I can't say yet; time will tell. For cleaning: let it cool down first, and then use a slightly damp cloth, like a Vileda. I also got a suitable spatula for such stoves so that if something falls, I can clean it up. For now, I am very satisfied and give it 4 stars because there are NO user instructions (which I consider unacceptable), only some information about the safety of the device and suitable cookware. I hope I helped...
