    Fake construction. You tighten it and the tubes deform like butter. In addition, for the upper tubes to fit in (where the clothes will hang), there are two tubes of the same diameter!!! One was cut and bent so the upper one could fit, but the other 3 were not.!!! I did not bother any further. I threw it away immediately.
