Passive Car Subwoofer Vlsw83 by TRF. This speaker has a nominal power (RMS) of 350 Watts and a diameter of 8 inches. The speaker does not have a box, which helps save space in the cabin or trunk of the car. Passive subwoofers like this one do not have a built-in amplifier, so an external amplifier is required for them to operate, which also determines the quality of sound reproduction. Passive speakers do not experience the phenomenon of overheating of the speaker and air during operation due to the absence of an internal amplifier.

    Very good speaker.. I have it for about 2 months.. even though my box is very small in liters due to lack of space, it plays very well.. I have it with a mono channel vibe 400.1 amplifier. I would buy it again... Attention because the speaker has 2 coils 2ohm each, if you bridge it, the amplifier will drop to 1ohm. The amplifier must be able to handle 1 ohm, that is!
