Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey is aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon barrels, and matures for several months in wine barrels. The unique aging process gives this unique malt the distinctive notes of juicy fruits, nuts, and spices, as well as a hint of ruby redness. Like all Bushmills whiskeys, it is very smooth, but this one has a sweeter, fruitier aftertaste than all the others.
