    I have been using it for a month, morning and night. I have two teeth where the gums have receded. Sometimes they hurt quite a bit, and after a few days the intense pain goes away and only a slight sensitivity remains. My dentist recommended it to me. I haven't seen any difference with this toothpaste. It hurts the same whether a little or a lot. I give it 3 stars because it may simply not work for me, or I may be doing something wrong, or I may not have noticed any particular difference. If anything changes, I will update.
