The Artpol diamond drill bit, made from HSS, is designed for drilling metal and has a reduced-diameter cylindrical shank of up to 13 mm. Made from 4241 high-speed steel, it has a hardness of 62° HRc (±2°) and a 118° point angle. It features a right-hand Type N spiral flute and a ground margin, while its straight grinding is suitable for manual sharpening.

It is suitable for alloy and carbon steels with a hardness of up to 250 BHN, grey cast iron, non-ferrous metals and hardened plastics. Manufactured in accordance with DIN 338.
