Dosage
Recommended dose (adults only): 1 tablet per day or as directed by your doctor. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
For jet lag: 1 tablet once a day before bedtime, during travel and at your destination, after sunset, until you adjust to your new daily rhythm. In this case, use should be occasional and short-term.
For sleep restrictions, modified sleep schedules, delayed sleep phase syndrome, restoration of the sleep-wake cycle: 1 tablet once a day at or before bedtime. Consult a doctor if use continues beyond 4 weeks.
