The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granulated granite, which achieves greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it does not burn, distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon utensils. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, surpassing even ceramic coatings.
The granite coating makes the utensils extremely resistant to all kinds of scratches and durable. This type of pot and frying pan also allows frying with a minimal amount of oil, as the utensil heats similarly to stone and releases heat across its entire surface.
