The Grade 649 is a high-quality cloth tape with a PE coating that has very high initial adhesion. It is waterproof, adheres very well to rough and irregular surfaces, and can be easily torn by hand. It can be removed from most surfaces without leaving residues.

The adhesive tape is fluorescent and therefore visible under ultraviolet light even in the dark.
