The granite non-stick coating is enriched with granite powder, offering greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon while maintaining its advantages: it does not burn, distributes heat evenly. It combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, surpassing even ceramic coatings. This type of cookware also allows frying with minimal use of fats, as the cookware heats up like stone and releases heat across its entire surface.
