The non-stick granite coating is enriched with crushed granite, which gives it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it does not burn, distributes heat evenly. It combines the advantages of iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, even surpassing ceramic coatings. This type of cookware also allows frying with a minimal amount of fat, as the cookware heats up like stone and releases heat across its entire surface.
