The AWTools AW484551 cutting disc is designed for crosscuts and angled cuts in wood, wood-based materials and hard plastics. It is made from laser-cut carbon steel and features HM tungsten carbide teeth with a hardness of 93.5 HRA. Special expansion slots help limit the effects of temperature and load on changes in disc tension.

The alternating bevel teeth are BA type, with a positive rake angle of 10° and a cutting width of approximately 4.5 mm. The disc is suitable for stationary and portable circular saws.
