Circular saw for wood cutting 300x30mm 40 teeth Widia 42304.

The saw is made of thermally improved carbon steel 50# (metal disc) and tungsten carbide YG8 (cutting blade) with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees). The blade geometry GS has a tilt angle of 10 degrees.

A suitably thick metal disc, laser-cut, ensures the rigidity of the saw and reduces the strain on the disc, even when working under heavy loads and high temperatures.

The special sintered carbide HM guarantees a long lifespan of the teeth and allows for repeated sharpening. The properly selected blade geometry and the shape of the plate GS10 (alternately beveled) enable optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain.

A greater number of teeth on a given saw diameter results in smooth cutting surfaces, especially for dry wood. Saws can also be used for rip cuts, but it is recommended to use saws with fewer teeth on a given saw diameter, which will significantly increase the cutting speed of the materials being cut.

Designed for industrial applications using all types of power tools, for cutting soft and hard wood, other wood-based materials, fiberboard, and drywall.

Note: To improve the cutting quality of the materials and extend the lifespan of the saw, it is recommended during the cutting process that the cutting blade protrudes by 3/3 of its height above the thickness of the material being cut.

Saws are not intended for cutting concrete, bricks, terracotta and ceramics, plexiglass and other plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
