Circular saw blade for wood cutting 160x30mm 60 teeth Widia 42166-30

The saw is made from thermally improved carbon steel 50# and YG8 tungsten carbide with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees). Blade geometry GS with a 10-degree angle of inclination.

A suitably thick metal disc, cut with a laser, ensures the rigidity of the saw and reduces the stress on the disc even when working under heavy loads and high temperatures. The special fire-sintered HM carbide ensures a long lifespan of the teeth and allows for repeated sharpening.

The properly chosen blade geometry and the shape of the GS10 plate allow for optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain. A larger number of teeth in a given saw diameter results in smooth surfaces of the cut materials, especially dry wood.

Saws can also be used for longitudinal cutting, but it is recommended to use saws with fewer teeth in a given diameter, which will significantly increase the cutting speed of the materials being cut.

Intended for industrial applications using all types of electric tools, for cutting soft and hard wood, other wood-based materials, MDF, and drywall. Maximum rotation speed 7,100 RPM.

NOTE: To improve the cutting quality of the materials being cut and to prolong the lifespan of the saw, it is recommended during the cutting process that the cutting blade protrudes by 3/3 of its height above the thickness of the material being cut.

Saws are not intended for cutting concrete, bricks, terracotta and ceramics, plexiglass and other plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and wood-based materials in combination with other materials.
