The AWTools AW484581 cutting disc is designed for crosscuts and angled cuts in hardwood, wood-based materials, and hard plastics. Its teeth are made of HM tungsten carbide with a hardness of 93.5 HRA and are arranged in an alternating bevel BA configuration. It has a positive rake angle of 10° and a cutting width of approximately 4.5 mm.

The body is made of carbon steel and is laser-cut. Special expansion slots reduce the effects of temperature and load on changes in disc stress. It is compatible with stationary and portable circular saws.
