    I am very satisfied. It has a lot of tools to connect to the vacuum and it does reduce the hair loss of my pets. the hair is easily removed from the brushes and gets vacuumed instantly at stage 2 and 3. It can be used for furniture and clothes but it depends on the surface and the technique you use. I will remove one star due to its noice volume. In the 2ond and 3rd stage. It's a bit too loud (like a normal vacuum cleaner) for my pets to feel safe with it but not too loud to damage their hearing. It does very nice work and id pet friendly. Just for anxious dogs and sensitive cars you will need to to work a lot with them to cooperate with you.
