The TY-4G by Rolinger is a mobile router, a device to which other devices (e.g., computer, mobile phone, television) connect wirelessly, and it shares internet access with them. It receives internet access through the built-in modem and uses the mobile network by installing a SIM card. The SIM card must have an active connection with a data package.

This device also functions as a portable hotspot, meaning it can operate anywhere as it has a built-in battery.
It connects to the 4G network, which offers significantly higher speeds than 3G. To operate at this speed, the device must have corresponding coverage from the mobile network in the area where we are located.
It is of Wi-Fi 4 generation, an older generation recommended for use with a few devices and for applications that do not require high speeds. The device has the capability to configure a VPN (Virtual Private Network) so that the traffic from all devices on our network passes through it. The VPN acts as an intermediary between us and the rest of the internet, allowing us to appear as if we are geographically in another country and the pages we visit see the VPN address as the visitor, not our own. This provides us with anonymity and access to content with geographical restrictions. VPN services are usually paid with a subscription. 

With MAC address filtering, it allows specific devices to connect based on their unique MAC address, blocking any device with a MAC address that has not been set as acceptable.
