It is an excellent blood pressure monitor.
It is silent, with an indicator if you have tightened it enough on your wrist, an indicator if there is an irregular heartbeat, optional indicator if you have positioned your wrist at the correct height when measuring blood pressure (you can deactivate it if you don't want it), indicator if you are moving while measuring blood pressure.
I compared it once with an arm blood pressure monitor (Braun ExactFit 3, model BP6000), and it showed the same measurements.

This particular one in the middle showed very low hypertension. Here I want to say that I tested it only briefly on someone else and the deviations were not so great. That's why I considered that these measurements are wrong for me due to my health condition (2 heart surgeries). However, I can't prove it. The ratings I gave only concern myself. Of course, those of you who have it, do a test with a good cuff and don't relax.
Επειδή το πρόβλημα υπέρτασης που έχω είναι χρόνιο και πολλές φορές με αιφνιδιάζει ήθελα ενα πιεσόμετρο το οποίο να έχω πάντα μαζί μου για να την μετράω. που έχουν ληφθεί με τη σειρά που φαίνονται μέσα σε ελάχιστα λεπτά. Τα αποτελέσματα φαίνονται. Το συγκεκριμένο στο μέσο έδειχνε πολύ χαμηλή υπέρταση. Εδώ θέλω να πω ότι το δοκίμασα ελάχιστα βέβαια σε άλλον και οι αποκλίσεις δεν ήταν τόσο μεγάλες . Γι αυτό θεώρησα ότι αυτές οι μετρήσεις σε μένα βγαίνουν λάθος εξ αιτίας της κατάστασης της υγείας μου (2 φορές εγχείριση καρδιάς). Όμως δεν μπορώ να το αποδείξω . Οι βαθμολογία που έβαλα αφορούν μόνο εμένα. Βέβαια όσοι το έχετε κάντε ένα τεστ με ένα καλό μπράτσου και μην επαναπαύεστε.

I wanted a reliable wrist blood pressure monitor for measuring blood pressure, due to taking ramipril (an antihypertensive regulator), and after a lot of research I ended up with this one. IF you follow the instructions it works perfectly. The cuff fits me perfectly (I'm thin). The only drawback, as others have mentioned, is the hard-to-read screen, but you get over it with a little practice. Conclusion, for me the best wrist blood pressure monitor, for daily use with much less bulk than the arm blood pressure monitor.
Ήθελα ένα αξιόπιστο πιεσόμετρο καρπού για μέτρηση αρτηριακής πίεσης, λόγο λήψεως ραμιπρίλης (ρυθμιστής υπερτασικών), μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο κατέληξα σε αυτό εδώ. ΕΆΝ ακολουθήσεις τις οδηγίες λειτουργεί άψογα. Το Περιβραχιόνιο μου κουμπώνει τέλεια (αδύνατος). Το μόνο μειονέκτημα όπως αναφέρουν κι' άλλοι είναι η δυσδιάκριτη οθόνη, που όμως το ξεπερνάς με λίγη εξάσκηση. Συμπέρασμα, για μένα το καλύτερο πιεσόμετρο καρπού, για καθημερινή χρήση με πολύ λιγότερο όγκο από το πιεσόμετρο μπράτσου.
It is not as easy to wear correctly as the much older Omron cuff I had, and the readings vary quite a lot even in consecutive measurements.

There is no user manual in Greek, we found it on the internet. We tried to email Omron to send it to us, but we discovered that Greece is not on the list of covered countries.

Θέλησα να συμβουλευτώ και τον καρδιολόγο μου αν πρέπει να εμπιστεύομαι ένα πιεσόμετρο καρπού και μου απάντησε να προτιμήσω καλύτερα πιεσόμετρο μπράτσου αλλά όταν είδε ότι έχω αγοράσει το συγκεκριμένο, μου είπε ότι είναι από τα καλύτερα και πιο αξιόπιστα στην κατηγορία του οπότε μπορώ να το χρησιμοποιώ άφοβα.

Apart from the excellent quality of construction and functionality, this particular one is a one-way street for heavy wrists because its strap has the same tightening system as arm blood pressure monitors in a more compact form, ensuring a stable grip in any situation and condition. This alone sets it apart completely from what I have seen on the market.
Εκτός από την εξαιρετική ποιότητα κατασκευής και λειτουργίας, το συγκεκριμένο είναι μονόδρομος για χονδρούς καρπούς επειδή ο ιμάντας του έχει το ίδιο σύστημα σύσφιξης με τα πιεσόμετρα μπράτσου σε πιο compact μορφή, εξασφαλίζοντας σταθερή συγκράτηση σε κάθε περίπτωση και συνθήκη. Το εγχειρίδιο χρήσης είναι με πολύ μικρά γράμματα. Ένα μεγαλύτερο έντυπο θα βοηθούσε πολύ. Είναι κρίμα ένα θαυμάσιο όργανο να αμαυρωνεται από την έλλειψη σωστού εγχειριδίου χρήσης.
The main thing is that it has accurate measurements (in a check & comparison I have done with doctors' measurements) as long as your hand is in the right position and the wrist cuff is properly placed. It has confirmatory indications on the screen for the above. The cooperation with the OMRON CONNECT application and my mobile phone is flawless. Also, the data is synchronized with Google Fit for those who are interested.
It is quiet and takes measurements as it inflates, unlike traditional sphygmomanometers that create additional anxiety and pressure when they start inflating.
The autonomy is satisfactory.
The clarity of the screen is problematic. When there is insufficient external lighting, reading is impossible, as is reading from a slightly sideways position. The inner fabric shows visible signs of wear after 7 months of use.
Personally, I highly recommend it to those who need the extra features it offers, especially to those with an arm circumference of over 40 centimeters who struggle with traditional arm sphygmomanometers.
Το κυριότερο είναι ότι έχει ακριβείς μετρήσεις (σε έλεγχο & σύγκριση που έχω κάνει με τις μετρήσεις των γιατρών) εφόσον βέβαια το χέρι σου είναι στη σωστή θέση και το περικάρπιο τοποθετημένο σωστά. Έχει επιβεβαιωτικές ενδείξεις στην οθόνη για τα παραπάνω. Η συνεργασία με την εφαρμογή OMRON CONNECT & το κινητό μου είναι άψογη. Επίσης τα δεδομένα συγχρονίζονται και με το Google Fit για όσους ενδιαφέρονται.
Είναι αθόρυβο και κάνει τις μετρήσεις καθώς φουσκώνει αντίθετα με τα κλασσικά πιεσόμετρα που σου δημιουργούν πρόσθετο άγχος & πίεση όταν ξεκινάνε πρόσθετο φούσκωμα.
Ικανοποιητική και η αυτονομία.
Η ευκρίνεια της οθόνης είναι προβληματική. Όταν δεν υπάρχει επαρκής εξωτερικός φωτισμός είναι αδύνατη η ανάγνωση, όπως και η ανάγνωση από - έστω και ελαφρώς - πλάγια θέση. Το εσωτερικό ύφασμα έχει εμφανή σημάδια φθοράς μετά από χρήση 7 μηνών.
Προσωπικά το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους χρειάζονται τα έξτρα χαρακτηριστικά που προσφέρει και ειδικά σε όσους έχουν περίμετρο μπράτσου πάνω από 40 εκατοστά και δυσκολεύονται με τα αντίστοιχα πιεσόμετρα μπράτσου.
The blood pressure monitor is excellent. Easy to use and with accurate measurements. However, it is aimed at people of a certain age. On the one hand, their vision is naturally impaired and their language skills are limited. The user manual does not have instructions in Greek and some thought it was right to translate it. They managed to fit 4 sheets of instructions on an A4 paper and the photocopy is terrible. Unacceptable. I don't think anyone will be able to read it without a magnifying glass. If you're going to do something, at least do it correctly. Sloppy work with no responsibility. I'm very sorry.
Το πιεσόμετρο άριστο. Εύκολο στη χρήση του και με ακριβείς μετρήσεις. Απευθύνεται όμως σε ανθρώπους κάποιας ηλικίας. Αφενός η όραση τους όπως είναι φυσικό είναι μειωμένη και η γλωσσομάθεια τους περιορισμένη. Το εγχειρίδιο χρήσης δεν έχει οδηγίες στα Ελληνικά και κάποιοι θεώρησαν σωστό να το μεταφράσουν. Σε μία κόλλα Α4 κατάφεραν να χωρέσουν 4 φύλλα οδηγιών και η φωτοτυπία είναι κάκιστη. Απαράδεκτο. Δε νομίζω ότι θα μπορέσει κάποιος να το διαβάσει χωρίς μεγενθετικό φακό. Αφού κάνετε κάποια δουλειά κάντε την τουλάχιστον σωστά. Προχειροδουλειές χωρίς καμία ευθύνη. Λυπάμαι πολύ.

It is definitely not as reliable as the arm one, but for the sake of portability, I don't think the small difference is a big problem. Additionally, a big plus is the connection with my mobile phone and the apps I use. The measurements I take are automatically recorded in my app.

ΕΆΝ ακολουθήσεις τις οδηγίες λειτουργεί άψογα. Το Περιβραχιόνιο μου κουμπώνει τέλεια (αδύνατος). Το μόνο μειονέκτημα όπως αναφέρουν κι' άλλοι είναι η δυσδιάκριτη οθόνη, που όμως το ξεπερνάς με λίγη εξάσκηση. Συμπέρασμα, για μένα το καλύτερο πιεσόμετρο καρπού, για καθημερινή χρήση με πολύ λιγότερο όγκο από το πιεσόμετρο μπράτσου.

Γι αυτό θεώρησα ότι αυτές οι μετρήσεις σε μένα βγαίνουν λάθος εξ αιτίας της κατάστασης της υγείας μου (2 φορές εγχείριση καρδιάς). Όμως δεν μπορώ να το αποδείξω . Οι βαθμολογία που έβαλα αφορούν μόνο εμένα. Βέβαια όσοι το έχετε κάντε ένα τεστ με ένα καλό μπράτσου και μην επαναπαύεστε.

Συμφωνώ με τον αγοραστή που λέει ότι το πιεσόμετρο φαίνεται αρκετά θα έλεγα "ψεύτικο" σε συνάρτηση με την ακριβή τιμή του εν σχέση με το αντίστοιχο πιεσόμετρο μπράτσου τής ίδιας μάρκας που μπορείς να έχεις την μέση τιμή μετά από τρείς μετριάσεις. Θά το περίμενα πιο βαρύ . Δείχνει υψηλές τιμές με την πρώτη μέτρηση και μετά από δύο μετρήσεις δείχνει χαμηλότερη. Ίσως πρέπει να παίρνουμε τρεις μετρήσεις όμως θέλει μαθηματικό τύπο για να υπολογίσετε την μέση τιμή. Πάντως η τιμή δεν αντιστοιχεί με την ποιότητά του!
I wanted a reliable wrist blood pressure monitor for measuring blood pressure, due to taking ramipril (an antihypertensive regulator), and after a lot of research I ended up with this one. IF you follow the instructions it works perfectly. The cuff fits me perfectly (I'm thin). The only drawback, as others have mentioned, is the hard-to-read screen, but you get over it with a little practice. Conclusion, for me the best wrist blood pressure monitor, for daily use with much less bulk than the arm blood pressure monitor.

Το εγχειρίδιο χρήσης είναι με πολύ μικρά γράμματα. Ένα μεγαλύτερο έντυπο θα βοηθούσε πολύ. Είναι κρίμα ένα θαυμάσιο όργανο να αμαυρωνεται από την έλλειψη σωστού εγχειριδίου χρήσης.
The main thing is that it has accurate measurements (in a check & comparison I have done with doctors' measurements) as long as your hand is in the right position and the wrist cuff is properly placed. It has confirmatory indications on the screen for the above. The cooperation with the OMRON CONNECT application and my mobile phone is flawless. Also, the data is synchronized with Google Fit for those who are interested.
It is quiet and takes measurements as it inflates, unlike traditional sphygmomanometers that create additional anxiety and pressure when they start inflating.
The autonomy is satisfactory.
The clarity of the screen is problematic. When there is insufficient external lighting, reading is impossible, as is reading from a slightly sideways position. The inner fabric shows visible signs of wear after 7 months of use.
Personally, I highly recommend it to those who need the extra features it offers, especially to those with an arm circumference of over 40 centimeters who struggle with traditional arm sphygmomanometers.
Το κυριότερο είναι ότι έχει ακριβείς μετρήσεις (σε έλεγχο & σύγκριση που έχω κάνει με τις μετρήσεις των γιατρών) εφόσον βέβαια το χέρι σου είναι στη σωστή θέση και το περικάρπιο τοποθετημένο σωστά. Έχει επιβεβαιωτικές ενδείξεις στην οθόνη για τα παραπάνω. Η συνεργασία με την εφαρμογή OMRON CONNECT & το κινητό μου είναι άψογη. Επίσης τα δεδομένα συγχρονίζονται και με το Google Fit για όσους ενδιαφέρονται.
Είναι αθόρυβο και κάνει τις μετρήσεις καθώς φουσκώνει αντίθετα με τα κλασσικά πιεσόμετρα που σου δημιουργούν πρόσθετο άγχος & πίεση όταν ξεκινάνε πρόσθετο φούσκωμα.
Ικανοποιητική και η αυτονομία.
Η ευκρίνεια της οθόνης είναι προβληματική. Όταν δεν υπάρχει επαρκής εξωτερικός φωτισμός είναι αδύνατη η ανάγνωση, όπως και η ανάγνωση από - έστω και ελαφρώς - πλάγια θέση. Το εσωτερικό ύφασμα έχει εμφανή σημάδια φθοράς μετά από χρήση 7 μηνών.
Προσωπικά το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους χρειάζονται τα έξτρα χαρακτηριστικά που προσφέρει και ειδικά σε όσους έχουν περίμετρο μπράτσου πάνω από 40 εκατοστά και δυσκολεύονται με τα αντίστοιχα πιεσόμετρα μπράτσου.
The blood pressure monitor is excellent. Easy to use and with accurate measurements. However, it is aimed at people of a certain age. On the one hand, their vision is naturally impaired and their language skills are limited. The user manual does not have instructions in Greek and some thought it was right to translate it. They managed to fit 4 sheets of instructions on an A4 paper and the photocopy is terrible. Unacceptable. I don't think anyone will be able to read it without a magnifying glass. If you're going to do something, at least do it correctly. Sloppy work with no responsibility. I'm very sorry.
Το πιεσόμετρο άριστο. Εύκολο στη χρήση του και με ακριβείς μετρήσεις. Απευθύνεται όμως σε ανθρώπους κάποιας ηλικίας. Αφενός η όραση τους όπως είναι φυσικό είναι μειωμένη και η γλωσσομάθεια τους περιορισμένη. Το εγχειρίδιο χρήσης δεν έχει οδηγίες στα Ελληνικά και κάποιοι θεώρησαν σωστό να το μεταφράσουν. Σε μία κόλλα Α4 κατάφεραν να χωρέσουν 4 φύλλα οδηγιών και η φωτοτυπία είναι κάκιστη. Απαράδεκτο. Δε νομίζω ότι θα μπορέσει κάποιος να το διαβάσει χωρίς μεγενθετικό φακό. Αφού κάνετε κάποια δουλειά κάντε την τουλάχιστον σωστά. Προχειροδουλειές χωρίς καμία ευθύνη. Λυπάμαι πολύ.

It is definitely not as reliable as the arm one, but for the sake of portability, I don't think the small difference is a big problem. Additionally, a big plus is the connection with my mobile phone and the apps I use. The measurements I take are automatically recorded in my app.

Συμφωνώ με τον αγοραστή που λέει ότι το πιεσόμετρο φαίνεται αρκετά θα έλεγα "ψεύτικο" σε συνάρτηση με την ακριβή τιμή του εν σχέση με το αντίστοιχο πιεσόμετρο μπράτσου τής ίδιας μάρκας που μπορείς να έχεις την μέση τιμή μετά από τρείς μετριάσεις. Θά το περίμενα πιο βαρύ . Δείχνει υψηλές τιμές με την πρώτη μέτρηση και μετά από δύο μετρήσεις δείχνει χαμηλότερη. Ίσως πρέπει να παίρνουμε τρεις μετρήσεις όμως θέλει μαθηματικό τύπο για να υπολογίσετε την μέση τιμή. Πάντως η τιμή δεν αντιστοιχεί με την ποιότητά του!
I wanted a reliable wrist blood pressure monitor for measuring blood pressure, due to taking ramipril (an antihypertensive regulator), and after a lot of research I ended up with this one. IF you follow the instructions it works perfectly. The cuff fits me perfectly (I'm thin). The only drawback, as others have mentioned, is the hard-to-read screen, but you get over it with a little practice. Conclusion, for me the best wrist blood pressure monitor, for daily use with much less bulk than the arm blood pressure monitor.
Ήθελα ένα αξιόπιστο πιεσόμετρο καρπού για μέτρηση αρτηριακής πίεσης, λόγο λήψεως ραμιπρίλης (ρυθμιστής υπερτασικών), μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο κατέληξα σε αυτό εδώ. ΕΆΝ ακολουθήσεις τις οδηγίες λειτουργεί άψογα. Το Περιβραχιόνιο μου κουμπώνει τέλεια (αδύνατος). Το μόνο μειονέκτημα όπως αναφέρουν κι' άλλοι είναι η δυσδιάκριτη οθόνη, που όμως το ξεπερνάς με λίγη εξάσκηση. Συμπέρασμα, για μένα το καλύτερο πιεσόμετρο καρπού, για καθημερινή χρήση με πολύ λιγότερο όγκο από το πιεσόμετρο μπράτσου.
It is not as easy to wear correctly as the much older Omron cuff I had, and the readings vary quite a lot even in consecutive measurements.
Δεν είναι όσο εύκολο να φορεθεί σωστά όσο το αρκετά παλιότερο Omron καρμπού που είχα και οι ενδείξεις διαφέρουν αρκετά ακόμα και σε διαδοχικές μετρήσεις.
