The blood pressure monitor that I bought here on Skroutz, specifically on the page for the "Omron RS7 Intelli IT Digital Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor HEM-6232-D," is actually the:

OMRON RS7 Intelli IT HEM-6232T-E.

It is an excellent blood pressure monitor.

It is silent, with an indicator if you have tightened it enough on your wrist, an indicator if there is an irregular heartbeat, optional indicator if you have positioned your wrist at the correct height when measuring blood pressure (you can deactivate it if you don't want it), indicator if you are moving while measuring blood pressure.

I compared it once with an arm blood pressure monitor (Braun ExactFit 3, model BP6000), and it showed the same measurements.

Both the manufacturer (OMRON) and the importer (Leousis) state that it is:

Clinically certified by the European Hypertension Society.

Clinically certified for use by overweight individuals.

The first means that a clinical study was conducted on humans to determine the accuracy of the measurements of this model, and its measurements are indeed accurate.

The second means that it was also tested on overweight individuals, and its measurements are also accurate.

Because the hypertension problem I have is chronic and often catches me off guard, I wanted a blood pressure monitor that I could always have with me to measure it. For this reason, I chose an expensive blood pressure monitor in order for it to be as reliable as possible. That's why I started checking it. As part of the check, there are also the photos that have been taken in the order they appear within a few minutes. The results are shown. This particular one in the middle showed very low hypertension. Here I want to say that I tested it only briefly on someone else and the deviations were not so great. That's why I considered that these measurements are wrong for me due to my health condition (2 heart surgeries). However, I can't prove it. The ratings I gave only concern myself. Of course, those of you who have it, do a test with a good cuff and don't relax.

The blood pressure monitor is not perfect, but it is quite good. For this price, I would have liked better build quality. It looks a bit "fake." Other than that, it is quite user-friendly, and most importantly, it has great measurement accuracy! The app is free, don't believe inaccuracies. You only have to pay to unlock some "specialized" and not at all important services. The app works flawlessly.

I agree with the buyer who says that the blood pressure monitor looks quite, I would say, "fake" considering its high price compared to the corresponding arm blood pressure monitor of the same brand, where you can get the average value after three measurements. I would have expected it to be heavier. It shows high values on the first measurement and after two measurements it shows lower. Maybe we need to take three measurements, but you need a mathematical formula to calculate the average value. In any case, the price does not correspond to its quality!

I wanted a reliable wrist blood pressure monitor for measuring blood pressure, due to taking ramipril (an antihypertensive regulator), and after a lot of research I ended up with this one. IF you follow the instructions it works perfectly. The cuff fits me perfectly (I'm thin). The only drawback, as others have mentioned, is the hard-to-read screen, but you get over it with a little practice. Conclusion, for me the best wrist blood pressure monitor, for daily use with much less bulk than the arm blood pressure monitor.

It is completely reliable. In parallel measurement with an arm blood pressure monitor, it gave the same results all 4 times I tested it. I wanted to consult my cardiologist about whether I should trust a wrist blood pressure monitor, and he advised me to prefer an arm blood pressure monitor. However, when he saw that I had purchased this specific one, he told me that it is one of the best and most reliable in its category, so I can use it without worry.
Easy to use, readable screen, many useful indicators, secure case, lightweight and comfortable to carry.
Minus 1 star for the completely unacceptable instruction manual. The letters are impossible to distinguish because they are excessively small, and you need a magnifying glass to read them.

Apart from the excellent quality of construction and functionality, this particular one is a one-way street for heavy wrists because its strap has the same tightening system as arm blood pressure monitors in a more compact form, ensuring a stable grip in any situation and condition. This alone sets it apart completely from what I have seen on the market.

The blood pressure monitor is excellent. Easy to use and with accurate measurements. However, it is aimed at people of a certain age. On the one hand, their vision is naturally impaired and their language skills are limited. The user manual does not have instructions in Greek and some thought it was right to translate it. They managed to fit 4 sheets of instructions on an A4 paper and the photocopy is terrible. Unacceptable. I don't think anyone will be able to read it without a magnifying glass. If you're going to do something, at least do it correctly. Sloppy work with no responsibility. I'm very sorry.

    The positives
    - Very thin in construction, without looking fake (portability)
    - It also has an equally thin hard case that protects it
    - It is quiet!!!
    - It has Bluetooth to synchronize data with your mobile. The Omron application works great on Apple devices, it also has an app for Apple Watch and, of course, it communicates with Apple Health.

The screen is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive device. The indicators are hard to read.
Otherwise, it is reliable, very lightweight, and easy to use.

Instructions are not provided in Greek or English. They are available online but printing in a readable font size is very difficult.

There is no user manual in Greek, we found it on the internet. We tried to email Omron to send it to us, but we discovered that Greece is not on the list of covered countries.

    Very convenient.
    I highly recommend it.
The user manual is written in very small letters. A larger print would be very helpful. It's a shame for a wonderful device to be overshadowed by the lack of a proper user manual.

I had a little difficulty connecting it to my mobile phone, but I managed to do it. If you find the point where you need to have your hand to take the measurement correctly, you won't have any difficulty with the measurements.

It is definitely not as reliable as the arm one, but for the sake of portability, I don't think the small difference is a big problem. Additionally, a big plus is the connection with my mobile phone and the apps I use. The measurements I take are automatically recorded in my app.

Excellent! The accuracy in measurements is the highest possible as it is a wrist blood pressure monitor and not an arm one. For those who have a very large arm, it is the most suitable choice!

    The negatives
    - The price is somewhat steep at €97, which is what I paid for it

  • The blood pressure monitor is not perfect, but it is quite good.

  • I agree with the buyer who says that the blood pressure monitor looks quite, I would say, "fake" considering its high price compared to the corresponding arm blood pressure monitor of the same brand, where you can get the average value after three measurements. I would have expected it to be heavier. It shows high values on the first measurement and after two measurements it shows lower. Maybe we need to take three measurements, but you need a mathematical formula to calculate the average value. In any case, the price does not correspond to its quality!

  • I wanted a reliable wrist blood pressure monitor for measuring blood pressure, due to taking ramipril (an antihypertensive regulator), and after a lot of research I ended up with this one.

  • It is not as easy to wear correctly as the much older Omron cuff I had, and the readings vary quite a lot even in consecutive measurements.
