The CX80 AKM-CYN-0000024 construction adhesive is designed for cold bonding hard surfaces made of cast iron, steel, aluminium, wood, ceramic and plastic. It fastens, fills and bonds. Once applied, it can be drilled, sanded, tapped and machined without shrinking. It remains workable for up to 25 minutes and withstands temperatures up to 315 °C, as well as oils, water, petrol and chemicals.
It is used for mechanical repairs, cracked engine blocks, valve seats and guides, cracks and leaks, boilers, bathroom fixtures, ceramic tiles, washing machines, dryers and lawn mowers. Its shelf life in the tube is 20 years.
