It is ideal for all hours and all occasions. In fact, I have gotten a metallic pink braided bracelet for more formal appearances. The screen is quite bright, even in the sun, and the commands respond immediately. The health monitoring features are very useful and accurate, while the battery life easily lasts ten days with regular use. It connects easily to the phone and has several apps that meet my needs.
