It broke within a month because it accidentally got hit a little on the bottom of the cup. Another one I had bought for 10€ had been hit several times and didn't suffer any damage.
Χάλασε μέσα σε έναν μήνα, επειδή καταλάθος χτύπησε λιγάκι στο κάτω μέρος του κυπέλου. Μια άλλη που είχα πάρει με 10€ είχε χτυπήσει αρκετές φορές και δεν είχε πάθει τίποτα.
I chose the product because of its design and because the price made me believe that it would be well-made. Within two months, with minimal use and only for making coffee, one of the two blades it has, the bottom one, came off, and while the rotating shaft was turning, it did not turn with it. Then, after two more months (a total of 4), it developed a problem and the motor obviously struggled because I needed more time to grind the coffee. After contacting customer service, they told me to take it to Menidi. The only problem is that I have no connection to Athens! When I asked what they do for the rest of Greece, the answer is for me to send it and bear the expenses myself, since they do not know if it is defective. However, if it is defective, they will send me a new one, but again, I will have to pay for the expenses! Essentially, I am buying it again! Of course, not the same one, ever! I do not recommend it under any circumstances. I am very disappointed with both the service and the product.
