From the first cooking, the hobs broke (they formed bubbles inside) and they told us it is not covered by warranty. No matter what cleaning products we used, the marks remained. It shuts off by itself, the intensity decreases and then comes back, resulting in the boiling to stop and start again. Unacceptable quality. The hobs are for cooking and heavy use, not for exhibition purposes!!!!

The buttons do whatever they want... They close by themselves... they open by themselves many times...
We're not talking about boiling, it excels there.
It really scratches the glass easily.
Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the purchase.

If you want to curse the cooking time, they are ideal...
The touch keys do whatever they want... while I was cooking, drops dripped from the hood onto them and they opened their eyes wide... if you turn on the bottom right eye, the temperature reaches the aluminum and to press the button to close, you burn your fingerprint...
Glass surface that scratches from the first day and is not easily cleaned... durable until 2 years later it breaks (I experienced that too).... this case is not included in the warranty, so you throw it away and go for another company.
There are many downsides I can write more but you will get bored reading...
In one word, it's a Whirlpool pool

On October 12, 2017, I purchased this product. Just two months later, while boiling a pot of food, I heard a crack. I pulled the pot away and the entire right side of the stove, including the touch buttons, was broken. Good luck proving that you're not an elephant in this situation. Unacceptable. I was furious and demanded a refund. I will stay away from Whirlpool, I had a bad experience with their oven as well.

From the first week, it has been filled with scratches! The buttons are too sensitive, as soon as you cook, they can either turn off or turn on other burners! I give it two stars instead of just one, only because they still work! We made a mistake with this purchase, and so will you!

Unacceptable... You try to boil pasta and every 3 minutes it stops simmering (loses temperature) and then boils again after 3 minutes... The result is that they become mushy... Additionally, if anything touches the touch buttons, even if the stove is turned off or locked, it makes a continuous notification sound... annoying... even if it's just a paper towel... resulting in not being able to leave a plate or pan on top... if you don't lock the buttons while cooking, it's 100% certain that you will accidentally turn on another burner...
