After two months, the screen showed lines. We returned it for inspection and they told us that the warranty does not cover us because we broke the screen. A paper written with a vague stamp that said technical department. When I asked for the name of the technician who checked it, they told us it was confidential. The watch did not have a single scratch on it, let alone that we broke the screen. As the days went by, the lines on the screen became more and more. As if every day we broke the screen a little more. Eventually, after about another month, the screen stopped working completely. My conclusion is: 1) Poor build quality
2) Zero support even though the watch is purchased with a warranty
3) Possibly a defective product from the market
4) Unacceptable treatment from the Skroutz service department that sold us the product.

I hope my case was isolated and that others did not throw their money in the trash.

It is excellent. I have had it for almost a year and everything works perfectly. The battery, with several active measurements, lasts a week. If you want more, it has the power saving mode which cuts off several functions. As for measurement quality, I can't say it's very immediate. It takes time to measure accurately, but personally I don't use it for that. I want it to see notifications and to be able to answer/talk on the phone when I have it in the cupboard.

Elegant watch, quite good construction and with many functions. On the downside, it has mediocre battery autonomy (less than 2 weeks and without notifications and heart rate tracking being active), lack of compatibility of notifications with iOS, and the crown comes off very easily and can be lost easily

I have had it for a year, bought from a well-known chain... Apart from the fact that the battery performance dropped dramatically already within the first 2 months, this summer I put it in the sea for the first time but without diving or putting it under pressure and in fact I rinsed it every time as soon as I got out... the result was that the circuit board burned out. I took it to the service, they replaced the circuit board and on the first swim I took again it shut down and would only turn on when it was charging... The result is that the battery probably no longer works because as soon as I disconnect it from charging it shuts down and the battery level does not go above 0%... Generally disappointed because I never had an issue with Xiaomi phones

After 1.5 years it gave out on us. It suddenly overheated, started restarting until it completely broke down. I do not recommend it to anyone

I've had it for half a year now and I can say it's by far one of the best smartwatches I've ever bought. It has been exposed to sweat and coffee to the max due to work, yet it still works as if nothing has happened to it. For a while, the bottom button was sticking, probably because of the coffee that sometimes splashes, but it was nothing as I cleaned it with a baby wipe and it went back to normal. Many features, it has NFC capability and generally a very good watch especially for those who need them. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that its battery runs out relatively quickly, but this is probably due to the features I've enabled.

Amazing watch, countless functions and beautiful. After 3 months it kept showing overheating issues and would shut down by itself for a few minutes at first and later for a few hours. After 4 months it simply stopped working.

the watch has taken so much beating on stainless steel corners and surfaces, water (hot, cold, and a bit of seawater), marinades and it doesn't have a single scratch or any other issue, but I give it 4 because the bezel broke down relatively quickly and there's a noise, also the strap changed color in some spots, so I won't buy a watch with a changing bezel again

The watch purchased in June 2024 stopped working in April 2025. It was not hit, scratched, or wet. When opened, it shows the following screen.

So far it is excellent

After a considerable period of use, I recommend it without reservation. The only issue was the small strap. (it had holes too high up)

The watch stopped working after 3-4 months without a scratch, without falling, without being hit; the screen went dark and never turned on again, and this is the 2nd watch from the company that has a problem

Decent watch, has a good battery and all the comforts. The biggest problem is that the bezel keeps coming off, and they say it's for the best, but it's just silly. I will buy a new one since I lost it and I will glue it with super glue so it doesn't come off again.

Very good, I recommend it easily, just the only thing that bothers me is that the ring around the screen comes off very easily and I'm afraid I might lose it. Very nice watch with a very good battery lasts easily 10 -14 days as long as you don't mess with it every 5 minutes. I, who use it to see notifications and make calls and for exercising, am fully covered. Just be careful with the ring it has; if you play with it and take it in and out all the time, the teeth it has wear out, resulting in it sounding like metal grinding against metal when it vibrates (There is a solution!!) If you put a thin flat screwdriver in the 3 metal pieces it has on each side and pull them out a bit, it becomes like new again. Thank me later

I've had it since March and it's flawless. Syncing without interruptions on both Android and iPhone that I have now. The only complaint is that through the iPhone you can't load music files. Bathing in the sea and pool without any problems. It also has a function to clean the speaker from water. Immediate response in all functions. Calls and answers work perfectly with very good sound and microphone. VFM… and of course excellent NFC and GPS.

Very good. Bought it in May and until today no problems. The connectivity with iPhone has an issue with displaying the caller's name.

The watch looks quite high quality. For the measurements, I can't have a complete picture beyond blood oxygen and pressure as I can't compare it with anything else. Its battery is quite satisfactory, lasting comfortably 7-10 days with normal use, having the necessary notifications turned on. The speech from the watch is good. The ring, I hope I don't jinx it, hasn't suffered any damage

Very good for the money but the ring keeps falling off. I have lost 2 so far and the replacement cost is disproportionately high (14 €).

I have had it for 6 months and I have no problems at all. Battery lasts 8-10 days without phone calls, measurements are accurate especially heart rate and oximeter, a comparison was made with purely medical tools and the deviation was 0-1 for heart rate and 0-1 for oximeter

Lasted for 3 months then the screen completely stopped working, totally useless, all Xiaomi watches are disappointing…

For the money, it's fantastic! It bothers me that you can't see and respond to messages from Messenger and similar apps, as well as that it doesn't have GPS; given this price, it's somewhat reasonable, but if it had those features, it would be amazing (they could also raise the price a bit accordingly)! From iOS, you don't have all the functions like on Android, such as music! The music sounds crystal clear from the watch, as do the calls! The measurements are good with a plethora of activities, especially for hiking and fitness! You can also make regular payments with the watch, at least with Alpha Bank! Very beautiful with the option to change the ring with a strap and make it a different watch! The battery lasts a week with daily use; otherwise, it can go up to ten days! At this price, it has no competitor!

Objectively one of the best if not the best watch for the money. Flawless connectivity with various Android phones and instant notifications. Although at first I was bombarded with notifications that "Viber connected" (literally every minute), it either got fixed with an update or I closed everything I could from the app and device, and it stopped. You can talk, listen, and be heard comfortably from the watch. The measurements are quite accurate. Excellent battery that lasts 10 days on a single charge after 6 months of use. I would never put it in water, let alone seawater. Nevertheless, it has gotten wet from both water and sweat and hasn't suffered any damage. Very honest for the 120-130 you can find it for.

perfect purchase!! the battery lasts over a week! I have downloaded several watch faces for a change. I have bumped into doors, tables, etc. without any scratches!! my experience with other smart watches (samsung) taught me not to take it to the sea even if it says it can. I don't take that risk. when I opened it, I found salts inside and that was also the reason it stopped

After 2 weeks the ring came off and they are asking me for €14 for a repair on a 2-week watch without any drops, I do not recommend it, very fake for €140

I have had the watch for about 3 months and it does what it says. I have always had smartwatches of a different category around €50, so I bought this one for €130, but I believe it is worth the money and then some. It has countless themes to choose from or you can create your own. It has amazing battery life, lasting 10-14 days and charges to full in 45 minutes. I added my cards and pay normally from there without any issues. It has many measurements and all that an average user needs. Perhaps the calories it measures that I burn are excessive, as it says I burn 600 calories a day while I mainly do office work. So if I were to change something, I would change that about the calories, and that's why it's 4 stars. Overall, it is flawless and the best for this price if someone wants, for example, a full battery.

I had given it 5 stars because I was thrilled with it as a watch, but that changed and the 5 stars became 2 because after a month of use without a fall or impact, the screen suddenly stopped working, turned black, and never turned on again
